Shipping within New Zealand

All orders are shipped from our New Zealand warehouse using NZ Post.
We currently ship nationwide only (no international orders at this time).

Shipping Rates

We ship all orders using NZ Post and offer reliable delivery across New Zealand. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location, ensuring fair pricing for every customer.

Processing Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day after payment is received.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time

• Urban addresses: 1–3 business days

• Rural addresses: 3–5 business days (please allow extra time for rural delivery)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or public holidays.

Order Tracking

All parcels are tracked through NZ Post. You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@spool.co.nz within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with NZ Post to resolve the issue.

Pickup

We currently do not offer local pickup.
