  • Spool.nz is not GST-registered, so GST is not charged or included in any prices.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Payment must be made in full before an order is processed or shipped.

  • Accepted payment methods include Shopify Payments, PayPal, and any other options shown at checkout.

  • If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you to offer a refund, replacement, or back-order option.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery times depend on your location and the courier’s schedule.

  • We currently ship within New Zealand only.

  • Once handed to the courier, Spool.nz is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage in transit.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at support@spool.nz.

  • Returns are accepted for unused and unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty or sent in error.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

6. Product Information

  • We aim to provide accurate descriptions and photos, but small variations (such as filament colour or texture) may occur between batches.

  • Always follow your 3D-printer manufacturer’s safety and usage guidelines. We are not responsible for printer damage or printing issues caused by misuse of filament or materials.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All text, graphics, images, logos, and other content on this website belong to Spool.nz or their respective owners and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, Spool.nz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of this website or our products.
